CBC Beer tasting

We leave the shortcuts to lesser beers. As with anything worth doing well, there are no quick fixes or half measures when your goal is to produce the finest beer. The harder we work, the greater the reward.

Cape Brewing Company is hosting a beer tasting at Laughing Chefs. They will be doing 4 beers, paired with 5 courses:

CBC Lager – butternut and cashew springroll served with hoisin sauce and coriander

CBC Pilsner – snoek and patat fishcake with moskonfyt

CBC Amber Weiss – risotto and mushroom ball with melted mozzarella center, served with tomato chilli chutney

CBC Imperial IPA – gourmet beef burger and wedges, followed by chocolate truffels
