The Jazz Room was established in February 2021 and has proven to be a pivotal institution in the promotion of the music scene In Johannesburg .
The band stand has hosted exciting artists from Classical Music to Jazz acts , hosting local ensembles and international collaborations as part of our weekly repertoire.
Our live music venue, is complimented by the trusted Doppio Zero menu, which caterers to everyone from the light eater to the famished.
Coupled with a great wine selection and a fully stocked bar, your Jazz Room experience promises to stay with you long after you’ve left.

Highly acclaimed young South Africa’s Jazz vocalist/Composer/Lyricist Mimi originates from Boksburg, Ekurhuleni.nnShe had found her natural niche and pursued her Music Education through UCT completing her Jazz Performance Degree. It was during her time there when she performed excellently that her career started taking off.
