Also knows as the 'Mixed Herbs & Salt Orchestra'
Often described as 'Balkan Swing Band', this orchestra is a multi cultural group based in Cape Town. Their music is fusion of Gypsy Jazz, Balkan & Klezmer music, as well as some original compositions.
