Admission Policy

• Admission is granted only to registered attendees with a valid event pass or badge.


• Event passes and badges are strictly personal and non-transferable.


• Unauthorised use of an event pass or badge may result in the pass being revoked and may lead to criminal prosecution.


• Attendees may be required to verify their identity at any time during the event. Please carry a valid Identity Document, Passport, or other official photo identification.


• Persons under the age of 16 will not be permitted access during Trade Days, even if they are in possession of an entrance ticket, exhibitor pass, or accompanying adult.


• The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person who does not comply with event policies, security requirements, or venue regulations.


• Lost passes or badges should be reported immediately to the Organisers Office.
