36HRFunFestival: Bikers and Business Morning

We are excited to welcome you at our Bikers and Business breakfast event on the Morning of 26 July 2024, at the Pretoria Boeremark facilities, 665 Moreleta Street, Silverton, Preotria. This event offers a fantastic opportunity to network, build new relationships, and gain insights from esteemed guest speakers such as Furgus Furguson, Billy Cowley and many more. 

The fundraising event is a vibrant, community-focused occasion, offering several activities and sponsorship opportunities for businesses:

• Exhibition Stands: Businesses can pay a registration fee to exhibit a stand over the two days. This includes the placement of banners at their station and around the stage area.


• Bikers and Business Morning: On Friday, we will host a networking breakfast for bikers and business owners. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and build networks.


• Dads’ Challenge: During the 36-hour event, the softball team's dads will remain awake in a designated area, with live-streamed games.


• Drive-In Movie Night: Friday evening, we will host a drive-in movie theatre featuring two movies at 19:00 and 22:00 respectively. Tickets will be sold on tixsa and companies who register for the exhibition will have advertising opportunity before and after the movies on the big screen.


• Potjiekos Competition: Starting at 4:30 AM on Saturday, companies and schools can participate in a “potjiekos” competition. We will facilitate various games where companies and schools can participate against one another and stand a change to win some prizes. 


• Tax Deduction: SAACA (South African Animal Cancer Association), a registered NPO, backs our initiative and can issue Section 18A certificates to sponsors. A Section 18A tax-deductible receipt enables donors to claim a tax deduction from their taxable income when submitting their income tax return. General Entry fee is R100pp which includes a breakfast treat, a cup of coffee and access to the exhibition and great guest speakers every hour.

Exhibitors'fees are R500 per business, which includes an exhibition space, breakfast treat and a free coffee as well as access to all the talks.
