Doppio Zero Rosebank invites you to its second installment of First Thursdays on 5 December. An intimate evening of live jazz featuring the multifaceted guitarist, singer & actress Dr. Tu Nokwe. Come for an after work sundowner drink and indulge in a delicious dinner feast whilst you are seranaded by the soulful sounds of Dr. Tu Nokwe.
Dr Tu Nokwe
Dr. Tu Nokwe, affectionately known as mamTu (and mamSakhile, on SABC's Children’s Daily Show). She is a celebrated South African artist and community leader. Awarded an Honorary Doctorate for Community Development, she is a multifaceted talent: singer, actress, guitarist, lyricist, composer, recording artist, author, teacher, and musical storyteller. Her illustrious career spans over 50 years, marked by numerous accolades and international recognition.
