Fitness Runway Model (FRM) presented by Jaco De Bruyn. The show is South Africa's premiere fitness pageant, a true spectacle in the fitness and beauty industry and the only of its kind on the African continent brought to you by Biogen and Monte de Dios.

FRM seeks to be the ultimate platform for health and fitness enthusiasts who wish to elevate their careers in the ever-expanding world of fitness, social media, and marketing.

FRM caters for both male and female contestants, each broken down into their respective categories and is suitable for all types of physiques, after all, we understand that beauty comes in a variety of shapes and sizes. Each category is further broken down into 2 rounds, SWIMWEAR, and EVENING WEAR.

Entrants are free to enter the division/category of their choice, however, FRM management will always assist in guiding contestants closer to the time of the show. No need to stress.
