Joshua Na Die Reën is the stage name of Jacques de Villiers, a talented Afrikaans singer-songwriter and musician from Pretoria.  

His career took off after he won the tope prize for Jazz at Tshwane University of Technology in 2010.  De Villiers' music style is influenced by artists like Coldplay, One Republic and Brooke Fraser and his songs often touch on themes of honesty, hope and nature.  His self-titled debut album, release in 2013, earned him two Ghoema awards for Best Newcomer and Best Afrikaans Contemporary Album.

Joshua Na Die Reën has since released several albums including 'Die wêreld binne my, which won a SAMA Award in 2017.  His latest album, "Die Vallei" released in 2023, features 18 original tracks with collaborations with other notable artists.
