Lux et Umbra | Umbra et Lux (Light and Shadow | Shadow and Light)

On the 9th of June 2024 the Vox Chamber Choir, together with composer and conductor, Franco Prinsloo, will present Lux et Umbra | Umbra et Lux (Light and Shadow | Shadow and Light), at the Nazareth House Chapel in Pretoria.

This concert explores the timeless themes of light and shadow, offering a profound musical journey that traverses both sacred and secular realms. Drawing from Prinsloo's rich repertoire, the choir will present a selection of evocative a cappella compositions. 

The Vox Chamber Choir invites audiences to embark on a transformative journey through the interplay of loss and joy, shadow and light, offering glimpses of hope amidst the complexities of the human experience.
