Quilt Festival Registration (Compulsory)

Dear Quilter,

You are about to proceed with your order - we strongly advise to carefully read through the below before proceeding!  This will save you time and ease you into the purchasing process.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The system is scheduled to go live: Monday, 1 April 2019 @ 05:00am.

• For your convenience, we have consolidated our 117 festival activities (events) onto one buying page, you therefore don't have to click through to multiple event pages - it is as simple as reading everything on the screen in front of you, scrolling (and scrolling... and scrolling), clicking on "get tickets" or "add to order", selecting, checking and completing your order.


• All 117 event are live in real-time and when making your selections you will be pulling from a live inventory and this requires "loading time".  We therefore suggest being patient with the loading process as it might feel at times that it is taking forever!


• Please add one item at a time and don't try and fast track your purchase by clicking on other items while the current selection is still loading - you will only slow down your own purchasing process and increasing the chances of the system forcing you to start all over again! 


• You have 30 minutes from clicking on the registration button to completing your order - it is more than enough time if you have a list with all your booking codes, i.e.: W114 Hand Quilting Sue Cameron Style Plus Compulsory Kit (9:00 - 17:00)


• If you can't find a workshop, quick workshop, lecture or function - it is due to being SOLD OUT!

TIPS!

• Prioritise your booking list in order of popularity OR preference and book accordingly! Details on the festival programme are available at: http://festival.quiltsouthafrica.co.za/


• All bookings are subject to availability and therefore we will suggest having a secondary list with alternative bookings you would consider once a specific workshop is not available.


• Book your complete festival activities in one go, as you would need to phone or email TIXSA SUPPORT to add onto your order, the system will not allow you to book any workshops, quick workshops, lectures or functions without having to register again.  Thus, the TIXSA support team will check your registration and add to your booking by doing a phone sale.


• Please ensure that you book the right workshop, as the only way to get it off the list, is by clicking on "cancel reservation" and starting all over again.


• If you accidentally leave "Your reservation" page, just click on the little shopping cart in the top right corner.

YOU ARE NOW READY TO START YOUR ORDER PROCESS:

• Select 1 Festival registration and click on the "Register" button.


• The next page will take a while to load, as it is loading all 117 festival events/activities.


• The top part of the pages is where the system builds your billable items.  Every time you add to your order, the item will be added at the top. 


• The next section states: "Add another event" and here we have listed all 98 workshops in date and then number order. You will be able to add kits and sewing machines, but you will only be able to make one booking per workshop.


• The 3rd section is where you choose your ticket(s) delivery option(s): we either email you your tickets and you can print it at home, or you can go green and we deliver your order on your mobile.


• And the last section "Optional Ad ons" - is where you can add: Quick Workshops, Lectures and Functions.


• Once you are happy with your order and the grand total at the bottom of the screen, you are ready to click on the "checkout" button and proceed to complete your details, complete your order and then proceed to the payment options available...
