Reflections: A Symphonic Concert

Pretoria Symphony Orchestra invites you to our “Reflections” Concert on Sunday, 28 August 2022 at 15:00 in the ZK Matthews Great Hall, UNISA under the baton of Schalk van der Merwe.

The programme consists of works by musical giants Mozart, Tchaikovsky, and Beethoven.

The concert will include one of South Africa’s most accomplished cellists, Berthine van Schoor, performing Tchaikovsky’s Variations on a Rococo Theme, as well as the orchestra performing Mozart’s Overture to Don Giovanni and Beethoven’s 6th Symphony (the “Pastorale” Symphony).

It promises to be an exciting afternoon, filled with warm classical romance, not to be missed!
