Safari Soiree Supper Club - Winter Matinee @ Nourish Eco Village

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

The Greater Kruger Hotel School & Training Centre collaborated with Nourish Eco Village for a fundraising event in August 2022. It was such a hit that the Safari Soiree Supper Club was born.

This Supper Club allows you to wine and dine for education!

Proceeds and donations are to save up for culinary & hospitality community training nodes in remote areas, with Nourish Eco Village as the first pilot node.

GKHS works with various local chefs, our students, local businesses and our sponsors to create unique dining experiences enriched with indigenous elements from the Greater Kruger area.

On Saturday, 17 June we're hosting our 4th Supper Club Event in the form of a Matinee @ Nourish Eco Village.

You'll be served by the first group of waiters from the community who will have undergone basic food & beverage service training with the funds already raised.

AND... Chef Laaika is back - yes we Laaika her a lot!

Hors d'oeuvres

Braaibroodjie cups
Inspired by the famous SAFFA snack, a toasted bread cup topped with a spicy marmalade chutney

Pap balls
Creamy pap crumbed and deep fried with tomato "smoor" on a canapé spoon

Venison tartare crostini topped with aioli, radish and microgreens
