The Colour of Wine tells the story of South Africa’s transition to democracy through the lens of the wine industry and the journeys of wine-makers Ntsiki Biyela, Dumisani Mathonsi, Carmen Stevens and Unathi Mantshongo. Woven through their narrative is a cast of rich and colourful characters from the wine community, winemakers, entrepreneurs, drinkers and tasters.
