Special Screening of: AFRICA - In The Footsteps of The First Humans (FREE Screening)

A special screening of the documentary Africa. In the Footsteps of the First Humans will take place at The Bioscope on Wednesday 15 April at 5pm. The film, directed by Anthony Binst, will be presented in French with English subtitles.

Supported by the French Institute of South Africa (IFAS), IFAS-Recherche, the Embassy of France in South Africa, Lesotho and Malawi, and The Bioscope, the event highlights cutting-edge research on the origins of humankind.

The one-hour documentary follows an archaeological and speleological investigation into early human presence in southern Africa, challenging long-standing theories of a single cradle of humankind. Its main contributor, Laurent Bruxelles, will be present for a one-hour discussion following the screening.
