Tellinger & Fresk is a formidable meeting of

the minds between South African treasure,

Barbora Tellinger, a prolific and brilliant

Jazz singer, and American jazz pianist and

Grammy nominee John Fresk.

Tellinger has been thrilling audiences since the protest theatre and Voelvry days in the 80s and was a lecturer at UP for a decade.

Fresk is the most sought after pianist around and has played with the likes of Chick Corea and Bobby McFerrin. They have just returned from a successful European tour.

The sensational Joshua Na Die Reen will be sharing the stage with collaborations resulting from their long musical friendship.
