What to expect

A Fun Filled morning with crazy instructors. You will be sharing sweat and smiles with this HIIT workout dance combo.

No experience or coordination is required. We have little to no coordination so come and join us for the fun of it.

Wireless headphones will be provided for the hour. Expect some RAD tunes from our funky DJ.

What to wear

Your brightest most colourful fitness outfit.

This is also a very special edition – we will be supporting EARTH HOUR with Secret Sunrise Global – All Secret Cities will be dancing for this great cause.
