UPSO Gala Concert '22

A showcase of the UPSO experience!

Our final programme is diverse in nature, showcasing music from South America, Eastern and Western Europe.

The concert will be initiated by Van der Roost’s Rikudim for symphonic winds.

This will be followed by a one movement serenade for string orchestra by Kalinnikov.

Next, we welcome one of South Africa’s fantastic pianists on stage, Megan Geoffrey Prince, who will be the soloist in Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 23 in A Major.

Finally, we end the concert with our combined forces in Márquez’s Danzón No. 2.
