WALKING CLASS AND 50 SHADES FITTER

Get a taste of the healthy lifestyle by joining our Walking Class & Fifty Shades Fitter Event.

Smile Foundation, Imperial Wanderers Stadium and Planet Fitness would like to take this opportunity to invite you to join us for a dynamic fitness event.

The event will take place on 29 August 2021, it will be a two-hour long event, which includes a walking class, a five-minute stretch and ending off with fifty shades of different workouts. The Fifty Shades Fitter section includes fifty exercises, compromising of fifty seconds each with a ten-second rest interval. Each individual can do it at their own pace. 

The Primary focus of this event is to help Smile Foundation address the medical backlogs in the public healthcare system, as well as to enable children, who suffer from treatable facial abnormalities, to get their operations done as soon as possible.

Various instructors from Planet Fitness will direct the entirety of the event.  While participants will be socially distanced in their own, two meter square of grass on the cricket pitch, with strict Covid-19 regulations to be put in effect for the event. Light snacks will also be provided at a cost, all proceeds will be donated to Smile Foundation.

What to bring:

Bring your own towel and light weights or water bottles for weights.

Fun workout at your own pace and intensity.

Parking: Car parking on Rugby Field R50 (at the venue you pay R60 for parking)
