Arrival Canapé
Creamy Brie and bold Gorgonzola served with fig preserve, toasted nuts, and crisp crackers.
Paired with: Allée Bleue OV Cinsault

Main Course
Perfectly pan-seared dorado served on fragrant tomato & herb rice, complemented by lemon beurre blanc, pea purée, and tender asparagus.
Paired with: Allée Bleue Isabeau Chardonnay

Dessert
Silky dark chocolate mousse layered with raspberry compote, finished with a glossy chocolate glaze and crisp chocolate shard.
