TWO DAY CLASS ENTRELAC TUNISIAN CROCHET (LEVEL - INTERMEDIATE)
This class is for students who know the basics of normal crochet and would like to learn this fascinating technique. It looks intricate but is in fact easily achievable. There is no need for a cumbersome, long Tunisian crochet hook, just a regular old-fashioned hook. Students can plan a project or simply use leftover yarn from their stash. Once they have the hang of it, it’s a breeze! This is a very useful technique for throws, cushion covers, tablet covers and the like.
For the Trip around the world design:
Students can make a cushion cover or a throw.
Students need at least two contrasting colours but 3 or more is better, in double knitting weight. For a fair sized throw between 800 – 1000g of yarn is necessary.
For other techniques such as:
Working in rows
Working in the round
Bring left over yarns in double knitting weight. (Time permitting)
